Service Feedback
In order to get an understanding of our patient needs and difficulties we would really appreciate your feed back to allow us to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses for us to improve your experience.
Patients Not Attending Appointments
Since the last newsletter we have seen reducing numbers in wasted appointments, however almost 100 were wasted in June. Please get in touch if you are unable to attend an appointment.
Contacting The Surgery
We have received feedback that patients are struggling to get through to us via the phone first thing in the morning and we are currently looking at a new system. An increased number of on-line face to face appointments are now available through Patient Access and our PATCHES service is used with lots of positive comments. If you need to register please see our updated website but our admin team are happy to help.
