We are changing our online consultation system from PATCHS to Accurx.
From 27th May, all online requests should be submitted through Accurx.
The new system will help us manage requests more efficiently and improve communication with patients.
You do not need to create an account to use the service. Simply visit complete the online form.

Your request will be reviewed within 1 working day and we will decide who is the most suitable person to deal with your request.
You will then receive a response within 3 working days.

We would like to invite you to use The NHS App. This allows you to access a range of NHS services. At this surgery you can use the NHS app to:
• order repeat medication
• nominate a pharmacy
• view medical records
• view test results
If you have any problems accessing the NHS app you can contact the support team.
