Patchs 2

    1. You can create an account for PATCHS via the GP practice website or in the NHS app. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and set a password.
    2. Once you have created an account, you can access PATCHS by clicking the link on the GP website or via the NHS app using your smartphone. Login by entering your email address & password.
    3. Choose the appropriate option (admin or medical) and answer a few simple questions to help your GP Surgery understand your problem.
    4. Your answers are sent to your GP who will aim to respond within 2 working days. Initial responses may be via message or phone, with face-to-face appointments scheduled if necessary.

     

Please note: We have had to disable our online messaging service via Patient Access. Going forward, please use PATCHS to contact your GP online - this is also intergrated in the NHS app.
